Training update

This Saturday 17th Feb, we have a friendly gala at Castle Leisure with Ramsbottom and Bury&Elton 4.30pm - 6pm. This gala however is before our usual training time, so training will be on as normal. If you're not swimming in the gala, but you are free before the usual session, why not come along and cheer on Team Radcliffe.
We would also like to draw your attention to the Tuesday night session. It is really important for our senior squad members to attend as many sessions as possible, this includes Tuesday sessions. The more pool time you get, the bigger the improvement in stamina and speed in preparation for the upcoming galas.
