Team Managers Needed

Throughout the course of the year, there are opportunities for our swimmers to enter external galas where the swimmers would compete individually.
What are the benefits for our swimmers
- Swimmers get to enter a number of registered galas as individuals ( racing individually )
- Obtain official ASA ranking times so they can see how they compare against others the same age across the County,Region or Country
- Depending on times achieved, could progress to compete at County and Regional level
- Gain experience and confidence of competing
- See their progression as their times reduce
- Huge sense of achievement
In order for us to consider entering Radcliffe swimmers into these external galas we have to have Team Mangers who would be poolside with the swimmers.
