Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held on Monday 7th December 2015 at 7pm at Elton Vale Sports Club, Elton Vale Road, Bury, BL8 2RZ.
Any resolution proposed to be moved at the AGM must be sent/handed to our secretary Nicola Hartley not less than 21 days before Monday 7th December 2015.
All paid up members of the swimming club are welcome to attend.
Nomination form for various officers and Committee Members will be available on the Desk.
New committee members would be very welcome.
Please note only paid up members who have reached their 16th birthday shall be entitled to be heard and to vote on all matters. Members who have not reached their 16th birthday shall be entitled to be heard and vote only on those matters determined by the Chair as matters concerning juniors, such as the election of club captains.
